Driving Utilities Digital Transformation

We engaged Abjayon when our transformation project was significantly delayed. Abjayon’s Utilities team came highly recommended to us and helped us resolve some critical issues. We eventually decided to switch our original SI with Abjayon, and after a marathon run for over a year, we are ready to “Go-Live” now. We initially engaged Abjayon when we were facing a performance bottleneck with our application deployed in the Cloud. Abjayon’s black-belt went into a deep-dive and helped us remove the bottlenecks and optimize the performance. Since then we have engaged Abjayon for re-engineering our platform and integrate it with 3rd party applications. The Abjayon team has always worked diligently as our extended technical team.

We selected Abajyon to manage and drive our Technology roadmap and execution plan. Over the last 2 years, they have not only helped us make our IT systems more robust, scalable, and secure but also build and implement our next generation patient engagement platform. This has put us on the cutting edge of technology adoption and driven higher patient engagement and satisfaction

Abjayon has been instrumental in ensuring the successful go-live of an Oracle MDM solution to enable the billing of over 10m customers. Abjayon has also supported post go-live activities and business operations over the past 9 months ensuring daily billing of approximately 500k customers per day (10m per month).
