Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing leader to spearhead the go-to-market strategy and drive sales growth for our Impresa suite — a next-generation SaaS platform purpose-built for the Utilities industry. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep experience selling SaaS solutions to utility providers across North America, preferably within a startup or high-growth environment. A strong grasp of partner ecosystems and a foundation in marketing strategy are highly desirable.

- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within utility organizations.
- Articulate and position Impresa’s unique value proposition to address the specific needs of utility companies.
- Build and nurture strategic alliances with technology and channel partners to co-sell and expand market reach.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to shape demand generation strategies, campaigns, and product positioning.
- Own the full sales lifecycle — from pipeline generation and solutioning to deal negotiation, closure, and post-sale growth.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and customer insights to inform product development and sales strategies.
- Provide regular reports and strategic insights to executive leadership on pipeline health, deal progression, and market opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong track record of success in selling SaaS solutions to Utilities or Public Sector clients in North America.
- In-depth understanding of the Utilities industry, including operational, technological, and regulatory dynamics.
- Demonstrated success working in startup or scale-up environments; comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving results in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with partner/channel sales strategies and working within complex stakeholder ecosystems.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- Experience in marketing (campaigns, content development, digital channels) is a strong plus.
