Role: Technical Product Manager
Abjayon Inc. is seeking a qualified professional to fill the position of Technical Product Manager based in Fremont, California.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects in all stages and assess business implications for each stage.
- Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, scope and monitor project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and update project plans including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.
- Responsible for design, process, development, tests, quality, and marketing of products from conception to distribution.
- Provide pre-sales support including customer presentations, meetings, and high-level design reviews to stay abreast of industry markets and requirements.
- Assist with preparing documentation on assigned and generic projects, including release notes, newsletters, online help, etc.
- Monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Interact, liaise and communicate status updates through development cycles.
- Respond to feature and functionality questions from the various channels, including internal/external customers and vendors.
- Collaborates with customers to identify business opportunities.
- The position requires experience in chatbots, voice-enabled frameworks, storm restoration, and usability of Oracle Utility products.
- The position requires 50% national travel.
Qualifications:
- This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field plus 5 years of experience in a related field.
- The position requires experience in chatbots, voice-enabled frameworks, storm restoration, and usability of Oracle Utility products.
